Full-Time Senior Construction Contracts Manager

• Supporting the development and implementation of contracting strategies for major construction projects.
• Drafting Requests for Proposals (RFPs), evaluation scorecards and contracts and supporting the process for procuring vendors.
• Developing contract structures for the main delivery strategies.
• Building positive relationships within the project team and with Client personnel.
• Managing and updating internal contract team trackers, reviewing SOW’s and MPA’s proposal documentation.

• Review lease agreements with a focus on construction scope, tenant obligations, and risk exposure.
• Identify missing or unclear terms that could impact project cost or schedule.
• Act as a tenant advocate during lease review.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align lease terms with project delivery requirements and timelines.
• Support transaction management and site selection strategy.

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of applicable experience in contract administration in a data center or colocation environments.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and lease structures specific to data centers.
• Ability to read and interpret complex lease agreements and identify tenant risks.

• Familiarity with colocation leasing, contract and lease negotiation.
• Understanding of site selection, network design, and fiber availability studies.
• Experience with risk mitigation, project acceleration, and scope validation in lease execution.
