Full-Time Senior Construction Scheduler

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Planner/Scheduler to join our team to support a large-scale life sciences construction program! 50% travel to Marietta, PA

Responsibilities:

1. Develop, monitor, and update owner's Project Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
2. Establish schedule management program and deliverables for large-scale capital programs.
3. Interface with project stakeholders to provide guidance and recommendations.
4. Prepare baseline schedules and schedule basis documents for approval.
5. Conduct schedule resource loading and leveling.
6. Consolidate contractor schedules to incorporate into IMS.
7. Assess impacts to the critical path and near-critical activities and report to the project team.
8. Monitor schedule deviations and variances and develop alternative corrective actions.
9. Apply EVM methodology to measure project progress.
10. Review schedules with project team members regularly.
11. Prepare and provide schedule progress reports, trending charts, and schedule analysis.
12. Maintain a record of scope changes, trends, and variances.
13. Maintain liaison with clients and other consultants at all project stages.
14. SOX control responsibilities may apply.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (preferably in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field).
• 10+ years of experience as a planner/scheduler on capital projects.
• Direct experience working on teams in a complex matrix environment.
• Expertise using Primavera P6.
• Experience within the construction industry is essential. Candidates with life sciences experience preferred.
• Local candidates preferred, relocation assistance available.
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
