Full-Time Senior Construction Scheduler (Data Center Portfolio)

• Develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
• Implement schedule management frameworks.
• Provide strategic guidance to stakeholders.
• Prepare baseline schedules and documentation.
• Perform resource loading and integrate contractor schedules.
• Analyze schedule impacts and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Monitor deviations and support corrective actions.
• Apply Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Generate schedule progress reports and trend analyses.
• Maintain accurate records of scope changes and risks.
• Ensure schedule data integrity.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams.
• Adhere to SOX controls where applicable.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 5–7+ years of experience in scheduling and project controls.
• Experience in Program Advisory roles.
• Expertise in Primavera P6 and CPM.
• Understanding of data center projects (preferred).
• Experience in complex matrix organizations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
