Senior Consultant at Sopra Steria, a leading digital solutions provider in Belgium.
Responsibilities:
- Client engagements (majority of time).
- High-performing teams embedded within client organizations or contributing to Sopra Steria's fixed-price projects.
- Ownership of complex assignments.
- Managing client relationships.
- Developing and applying managerial skills.
- Supporting business development activities.
- Project management, Agile/Scrum facilitation, business and functional analysis, or architectural design (on specific projects).
- Required Experience: 3-6 years in consulting.
- Digital Transformation Expertise: Proven experience in leading or contributing to digital transformation initiatives.
- Areas of Expertise: IT Advisory (Target Operating Models), Project Management, Business/Functional Analysis, Agile/Scrum, Architectural Design, ESG, or Product Management.
- Industry Knowledge: Public Sector (Federal or Flemish Government), Financial Services (Banking and/or Insurance), or Industry.
- Certifications: Prince2, TOGAF/Archimate, Leading SAFe, or Lean Six Sigma are advantageous.
- Client Relationships: Strong ability to build and maintain trust.
- Languages: Fluent in Dutch or French, good understanding of the other language, fluent in English.
