Engagements involve high-performing teams embedded in client organizations or contributing to projects within multidisciplinary teams.

Senior Consultant responsibilities include: managing complex assignments, client relationships, developing managerial skills, supporting business development.

Specific project responsibilities may include: project management, Agile/Scrum facilitation, business/functional analysis, architectural design.

Skills required include: experience in consulting, digital transformation, one or more areas of expertise (e.g., IT Advisory, Project Management, Business Analysis, Agile/Scrum, Architectural Design, ESG).

Industry knowledge of Public Sector, Financial Services, Industry.

Certifications: Prince2, TOGAF/Archimate, Leading SAFe, Lean Six Sigma.

Consulting Mindset: strong ability to build and maintain trustworthy client relationships, familiarity with business development approaches, strong connection to the Consulting "motherhouse".

Languages: fluent in Dutch or French, good understanding of the other, fluent in English.
