Process Engineering:Conduct in-depth process analysis to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities. Develop detailed process maps, workflows, and procedures. Design and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and quality. Facilitate process improvement initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process alignment and integration.
Change Management:Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans, including stakeholder analysis, communication strategies, and training programs. Anticipate and address resistance to change, supporting individuals and teams. Measure and monitor change initiative effectiveness. Facilitate workshops and meetings for organizational alignment and adoption of new processes and technologies.
Business Readiness:Assess organizational readiness for change initiatives concerning technology, people, and process capabilities. Identify and address potential risks and challenges impacting business operations. Develop and implement business continuity plans for resilience and minimal disruption. Guide business leaders in developing and executing strategic initiatives.
Requisite Skills:3-5 years of relevant change management and process engineering experience, working directly with clients. Proven track record of successfully leading complex projects and initiatives. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including creating impactful stakeholder-ready deliverables and polished client-facing communication. Experience managing multiple workstreams in change projects. Familiarity with Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies. Experience with change management frameworks and tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred Skills:Consulting, client servicing, or advisory experience. Grid Operations Operational Technology (SCADA, DERMS, ADMS, AMI, etc) experience desirable. Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards. Proficiency in process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, BPMN).
