Financial Services Consulting Role

• Collaborate with peers, crafting proposals, developing offerings, sharing insights, and driving internal projects.
• Client engagements are central and involve:
• High-performing client teams or fixed-price projects.

Senior Consultant/Manager Responsibilities

• Manage complex assignments.
• Manage client relationships.
• Develop and apply management skills.
• Support business development activities.
• Project and change management, Agile/Scrum, Business/Functional Analysis, Architectural Design, and other roles based on project needs.
• Leverage expertise in relevant sectors: Banks, Insurance, Social Security, and Mutual companies
• Digital Transformation skills needed.

Qualifications:

• 3-6 years of consulting experience in Financial Services.
• Deep understanding of business processes in the target sectors.
• Demonstrated experience in Digital Transformation, including a strong interest in digitalization.
• Expertise in one or more domains:
• IT Advisory (Target Operating Models)
• Project Management
• Business/Functional Analysis
• Agile/Scrum
• Architectural Design
• ESG or Product Management

Additional Knowledge:

• Open Finance, Instant Payments, AI in Financial Services, ESG, or cloud migration strategies are advantageous.

Certifications:

• Prince2, TOGAF/Archimate, Leading SAFe, or Lean Six Sigma.

Essential Skills:

• Strong client relationship building.
• Familiarity with business development approaches.

Language Fluency:

• English fluency and either French or Dutch.
