The Financial Services market is a key priority for Sopra Steria. This sector encompasses a robust client portfolio, including leading banks, insurance companies, social secretaries, and mutuality companies.
Financial Services is also a focal point for our Consulting activities, offering substantial growth opportunities as our clients navigate diverse stages of their digital transformation journeys. As part of the Consulting Business Line, you will play a pivotal role within the Financial Services Community.
Collaborating with a network of peers, you will contribute to or lead efforts such as crafting proposals, developing service offerings, sharing industry insights, and driving internal projects. Your primary focus will be client engagements. These engagements may involve working as part of high-performing teams embedded within client organizations or contributing to Sopra Steria’s fixed-price Consulting projects within multidisciplinary teams.
As a Senior Consultant or Manager, you will take ownership of complex assignments, manage client relationships, develop and apply managerial skills, and support business development activities. Leveraging your industry expertise, your responsibilities may include project and change management, Agile/Scrum facilitation, business and functional analysis, or architectural design.
Required Experience and Knowledge:
- 3 to 6 years of professional experience in Consulting, working with clients in the Financial Services industry.
- Strong understanding of business processes in one or more sectors (banks, insurance, social security, mutuality companies).
- Experience in contributing to or leading digital transformation initiatives.
- Demonstrated skills in one or more domains: IT Advisory, Project Management, Business/Functional Analysis, Agile/Scrum, Architectural Design, ESG, or Product Management.
- Familiarity with topics such as Open Finance, Instant Payments, AI in Financial Services, ESG, or cloud migration strategies is a plus.
- Recognized certifications (Prince2, TOGAF/Archimate, Leading SAFe, or Lean Six Sigma) are advantageous.
- Strong ability to build and maintain trustworthy client relationships.
- Fluency in English and either French or Dutch.
