Full-Time Senior Consultant/Manager - Financial Services

Responsibilities:

• Pivotal role within the Financial Services Community.
• Collaborate with peers to create proposals, develop service offerings, share insights, and lead internal projects.
• Focus on client engagements.
• Work on high-performing teams within client organizations or Sopra Steria’s fixed-price projects.
• Manage complex assignments and client relationships.
• Develop and apply managerial skills.
• Support business development.
• Apply industry expertise to projects including project and change management, Agile/Scrum facilitation, business and functional analysis, architectural design, ESG, or product management.

Qualifications:

• 3-6 years professional consulting experience with Financial Services clients.
• Strong understanding of business processes in Financial Services sectors (e.g., banks, insurance, social security, mutuals).
• Demonstrated experience in digital transformation initiatives.
• Skills in IT Advisory (Target Operating Models), Project Management, Business/Functional Analysis, Agile/Scrum, Architectural Design, ESG, or Product Management.
• Familiarity with Open Finance, Instant Payments, AI in Financial Services, ESG, or cloud migration strategies (beneficial).
• Certifications like Prince2, TOGAF/Archimate, Leading SAFe, or Lean Six Sigma (beneficial).
• Strong client relationship skills, familiarity with business development, and connection to the Consulting "motherhouse".
• Fluent in Dutch or French, strong grasp of the other, and fluent English.
