About the Role:

Drive conversion optimization via compelling content, creative copy, and data-driven editorial decisions, supporting Sword Health's rapid growth.

Responsibilities:

• Write high-impact, conversion-driven copy for landing pages, paid media, email, SMS, and other direct response efforts targeting members.
• Develop clear, persuasive, and emotionally compelling copy that motivates member action.
• Optimize messaging through A/B testing and data-driven decision-making to improve sign-ups, activation, and engagement.
• Partner with Growth and Channel teams to align copy with campaign goals and audience insights.
• Leverage behavioral psychology and persuasion techniques to increase conversion rates and reduce enrollment friction.
• Analyze content performance metrics and refine messaging to drive measurable improvements in member activation and retention.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years marketing copywriting experience, with 3+ years focused on CRO.
• Proven track record of significantly improving conversion rates via persuasive, data-driven content.
• Portfolio demonstrating expertise in high-impact copy across landing pages, paid media, email, and other performance channels.
• Experience with A/B testing tools and methodologies.
• Strong understanding of behavioral psychology and persuasion techniques.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and refine messaging to increase conversion rates.
• Proficiency in AI-powered writing tools.
• Strong collaboration skills and experience working closely with Growth, Design, and Campaign teams.
• Highly proficient in spoken and written English.

• Experience in healthcare, B2B, or SaaS content marketing.
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and analytics tools.
