About the Role: We seek a talented writer to create compelling copy for various marketing channels, reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer.

Responsibilities:

• Gain deep understanding of customers, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
• Develop copy to drive business and customer outcomes.
• Create brand voice guidelines.
• AB test and analyze data/user feedback for optimization.
• Collaborate with performance marketing, product, and product marketing teams.
• Performance Marketing: Develop high-converting copy for paid media, lifecycle marketing, landing pages.
• Product Copywriting: Craft clear, concise, user-centric copy for product interfaces and messaging.
• Develop guidelines and operational best practices.
• Stay informed on competitive, industry, and consumer trends.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years copywriting experience, solid portfolio at consumer-focused tech companies.
• Financial services/Fintech experience a plus.
• Experience writing for various channels (email, video, print, social, web, in-app).
• Strong communication and empathy skills.
• Proven success in performance-driven marketing copy.
• Strong understanding of UX principles and copy's impact on user flows.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proficiency with JIRA, content management systems, A/B testing platforms, performance analytics tools.

Compensation: $97,000 - $119,000 annually.
