Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects is reinventing how capital projects are planned, designed, managed, and executed. We help clients efficiently and sustainably build and upgrade infrastructure.
You will:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and cost plans for review.
- Assist in developing Value Engineering and Life Cycle Costing options.
- Identify potential risks and maintain the project Risk Register.
- Support the pre-contract process and contribute to key meetings.
- Assist in preparing the Procurement Strategy and supporting reports.
- Attend client meetings, recording discussion points and agreed actions.
- Participate in design team meetings, advising on cost implications.
- Assist in lease negotiations, validating tenant improvement allowances.
- Contribute to the development of standardized project templates.
- Support cost management tasks, including change order logs and cost reports.
- Assist with measurements and research pricing for development appraisals.
- Support the drafting and finalization of Pre-Qualification Questionnaires.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Remote: This role allows for remote work for the majority of your work hours.
