About the RoleMangomint seeks a Senior Data Engineer to create, enhance, and optimize data pipelines, automations, and internal data tools supporting all business aspects.
As a Senior Data Engineer, you'll integrate data from our product, CRM, and other platforms to drive analytics, automation, and operational efficiency. Your focus will be developing scalable data solutions, building automations, and enabling data-driven operations.
Your primary tools will be SQL, Python, and Javascript within our data platform. We utilize AWS, Snowflake, Prefect, Pipedream, dbt, Sigma, and internal systems.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT data pipelines using Snowflake, dbt, Prefect, and related tools.
- Automate data workflows to enhance efficiency and reliability.
- Integrate CRM and business systems to support cross-functional needs.
- Develop data enrichment pipelines to improve our sales process.
- Create internal data tools to support data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and implement data solutions supporting business objectives.
- Ensure data integrity, governance, and security best practices.
- Support analytics and reporting by building dashboards and data models in dbt and Sigma.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of data engineering experience
- SQL and Python proficiency for data pipelines and automation
- dbt (or similar) data modeling tools experience
- Snowflake (or similar cloud data warehouses) knowledge
- API experience, and data source integration skills
- CRM and business system (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, Stripe) knowledge
- Strong problem-solving skills and ownership mentality
- Effective communication for translating business needs into technical solutions
Bonus Skills
- Snowflake and dbt proficiency
- Experience with CRM and GTM data
- Sigma (or similar BI tools) familiarity
- Startup experience
- Experience with multiple tech stacks across various companies
