Full-Time Senior Data Project Manager

Senior Data Project Manager supporting a variety of data initiatives for our client in healthcare services.

Work within a Project Management Office (PMO), alongside the head of the PMO and other functional project managers. Interface with non-technical leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Drive creation of data program roadmaps and execution plans.
• Lead execution across functions (Data Engineering, Data Science, Data Analytics).
• Facilitate internal and external resources & cross-functional teams.
• Identify program requirements & build program aspects.
• Manage programs using proven project management tools & techniques.
• Ensure alignment of scope, status, risks, and dependencies.
• Identify and resolve critical issues & dependencies.
• Balance business and technical constraints.
• Effectively communicate program progress to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in technical data engineering/data strategy.
• SaaS/Cloud Native experience.
• Proven experience in Data Governance, Data Catalog, Data Stewardship.
• Cloud architecture experience, specifically Databricks.
• Ability to influence at all levels and build partnerships.
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to understand and communicate the bigger picture.
• Extensive knowledge of project and program management.
• Proficient with PowerPoint, Excel, JIRA, and Smartsheet.
• Bachelor's degree (Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, IT or related).
• Databricks expertise required.

Preferred:

• MBA
• PMP/Agile certification
• Salesforce/Carelink experience
