Job Summary: We seek a skilled Solution Engineer with a strong data science/machine learning background to join our Customer Success team. This role involves onboarding customers, accelerating their value extraction from Taktile's platform.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with customer teams (domain experts, product managers, engineers, data scientists, data engineers) to train, test, and deploy tailored machine learning models.
- Lead bespoke data science solution delivery, encompassing requirements gathering, data exploration, feature engineering, modeling, deployment, and handover to customer teams.
- Onboard and support diverse customer teams to solve real-world problems and ensure fast time-to-value.
- Develop and refine machine learning modules (e.g., AML, fraud models) for seamless integration and robust functionality.
- Translate customer insights into actionable product improvements.
Qualifications:
- Strong relationship-building skills with technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience deploying machine learning models in production, understanding operational demands.
- Solid knowledge of REST APIs, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Continuous learning mindset, adaptable to new skills and methodologies.
- Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Project planning and management skills to ensure efficient solution delivery.
Ideal Qualifications (but not required): 3-5 years of experience as a customer-facing Data Scientist/ML Engineer in a B2B SaaS company or a Senior Consultant with a data science focus from a top-tier consulting firm. Prior experience in financial services is beneficial.
