Full-Time Senior Data Scientist

Senior Data Scientist opportunity to play a strategic role in shaping how data drives decisions, insights, and innovation across the business ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

1. Work with business teams to understand goals, challenges, and use cases, translating them into data/analytics requirements.
2. Define analytics and data engineering dimensions of data platform strategy.
3. Define key business metrics, design data models, and develop insights/dashboards for tactical & strategic decisions.
4. Collaborate with data engineers to align data architecture, pipelines, and structures with analytical needs.
5. Uncover and shape advanced analytics/machine learning opportunities (use case discovery, prototyping, deployment).
6. Help business stakeholders move beyond reactive reporting to data-driven decision-making.

Skills:

• Strong experience with Python/R, Advanced SQL, machine learning libraries.
• Strong data modeling experience.
• Expertise in ETL/ELT pipelines, streaming data, and orchestration frameworks.
• Understanding of data governance frameworks and compliance standards.
• Experience integrating machine learning workflows into lakehouse environments.

Experience:

• 7+ years in data science or advanced analytics (preferably within SaaS ERP or enterprise software).
• Proven ability to translate business needs into structured analytics deliverables.
• Strong communication/influence skills, comfortable educating stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience working with large, complex datasets and modern cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Data Bricks, Big Query).

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

Compensation: $140,000 - $160,000 annually.
