Full-Time Senior Data Scientist

We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join the Finance, Strategy & Transformation team at Brightspeed. You will be responsible for developing AI and ML solutions to drive improved business performance and efficiency across domains.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end AI/ML projects.
• Solve complex business problems using analytical and quantitative approaches.
• Integrate and curate data from internal and external sources.
• Define and implement best practices for reports, visualizations & dashboards.
• Create models for visual recognition and natural language processing.
• Identify effective model architecture and parameters.
• Liaise with stakeholders to understand their needs.
• Build partnerships and share knowledge.

Required Experience:

• 5+ years of building AI and/or machine learning models.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with training, fine-tuning, and deploying models.
• 3+ years of experience with data lake and cloud services (GCP preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.

Skills:

• Deep expertise in machine learning, neural networks, computer vision, NLP.
• Proficiency in Python and data science libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
• Strong capabilities in SQL and experience with Data Visualization tools.

A plus if you have:

• Relevant Telecom experience.
• Experience with AI agents and orchestration.
