Tasks🌟 Your Mission: As CUJU’s first Senior Data Scientist, you’ll pioneer our data science initiatives, harnessing massive datasets of player performance to unlock new insights and products. What You’ll Work On:

• Data Exploration & Modeling: Analyze extensive datasets from player performance, training sessions, and diagnostic assessments to uncover meaningful patterns and insights.
• Predictive Analytics: Develop robust predictive models using machine learning, statistical analysis, and advanced analytics techniques to forecast performance, injury risks, and talent potential.
• Data Product Development: Collaborate closely with Product, AI, and Engineering teams to translate analytical insights into innovative, data-driven product features and offerings.
• Strategic Influence: Drive data-driven decision-making across product development, business strategy, and operational improvements.

Requirements🧠 What You Bring:

• 7+ years of professional experience as a Data Scientist, ideally within performance analytics, sports analytics, or related fields.
• Expertise in statistical modeling, machine learning techniques, predictive analytics, and big data analysis.
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and relevant data science libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Pandas).
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS.
• Proven ability to translate complex data insights into clear, impactful business recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional and international teams.
