Full-Time Senior Data Scientist

• Design and develop ML-driven personalization solutions.
• Research, design and deploy scalable machine learning models.
• Partner with internal engineering and product teams.
• Communicate complex results.
• Mentor junior data scientists.
• Evaluate and prototype emerging AI technologies.

• Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Physics or similar.
• 6-9 years of relevant working experience.
• Proficient in RDBMS such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Expertise in Python, especially data science libraries.
• Strong analytical, data interpretation and problem solving skills.
• Good grasp of basic statistical concepts and ML algorithms.
• Basic knowledge of AI/ML model deployment lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of the practical applications of machine-learning approaches.
• Familiarity with Big Data technologies such as Spark, MPP Databases.
• Self-motivated, independent learner.
• Detail-oriented and efficient time manager.

• Experience in personalization and customer propensity modelling.
• Testing and deployment of APIs for large scale production systems.
• Experience in building ML models at scale, using big data pipelines on platforms such as Spark.
• Understanding of deep learning frameworks such as Tensorflow/PyTorch.
• Experience with GCP/BigQuery
