Full-Time Senior Data Scientist

We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist with at least 3 years of experience in Data Science and Machine Learning. Preference given to candidates with expertise in NLP, Generative AI, LLMs, MLOps, optimization methods, and AI solution design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with client teams to design and implement Generative AI solutions leveraging Machine Learning and Generative AI technologies.
• Establishing and advocating for best practices within the community.
• Assessing and choosing the right AI tools and machine learning models for specific projects.
• Creating and training models using Python and other open-source platforms.
• Engaging with leadership and stakeholders to uncover AI opportunities and support strategic development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in Data Science and Machine Learning.
• Profound knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI methodologies.
• Experience and expertise in Generative AI.
• Skilled in programming languages like Python, R, and familiar with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
• Solid understanding of NLP techniques and familiarity with BERT, GPT, or Transformer models.
• Experience in computer vision (e.g., image recognition, object detection).
• Practical experience with cloud services (e.g., Azure or AWS).
• Proficiency in data engineering tasks (e.g., data collection, cleansing, preparation).
• Awareness of ethical AI principles (fairness, transparency, accountability).
• Effective collaboration with software development and operational teams.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to innovate and stay current with AI trends.
• Implement ethical AI methodologies.
• Lead the adoption of DevOps and MLOps strategies.
• Employ technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, and Git.
• Set up monitoring and logging mechanisms.
• Knowledge of DevOps and MLOps methodologies (continuous integration, deployment, monitoring).

Mobility:

This role requires flexibility to work between Tunis and Riyadh (Saudi Arabia).
