Position location: This is a fully remote position eligible to work anywhere in the U.S.

How You'll Make an Impact

1. Lead and drive the development and implementation of AI/ML models and algorithms to drive innovation across the AI within our water products
2. Create the technical strategic vision for data science within water products
3. Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams across the organization to identify and prioritize high-impact use cases for AI/ML applications
4. Drive rapid prototyping efforts, focusing on learning from experiments, iterating on solutions
5. Demonstrate innovative and creative thinking to develop novel AI/ML approaches and solutions
6. Partner with product teams in order to embed AI/ML model solutions into physical and digital products
7. Conduct in-depth data analysis and feature engineering to extract valuable insights and improve model performance
8. Identify key insights from large data sources; interpret and communicate insights from data and analysis to product, service, and business managers
9. Partner with our ML engineering team to design, develop, and deploy scalable and robust AI/ML solutions to solve complex business problems and improve operational efficiency
10. Continuously monitor and optimize AI/ML models to ensure their accuracy, reliability, and performance in production environments
11. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and apply them to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge
12. Lead projects with both hands-on coding/analysis and thought leadership with a minimum viable product and minimum lovable product mindset leveraging the best technologies and methodologies appropriate for the business need and maturity
13. Proactively identify and communicate the challenges, opportunities, risks, and threats associated with project work to ensure the timely completion of the entire product
