Full-Time Senior Data Scientist

• Lead and drive the development and implementation of AI/ML models and algorithms.
• Create the technical strategic vision for data science within water products.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize high-impact use cases for AI/ML applications.
• Drive rapid prototyping efforts, focusing on learning from experiments.
• Partner with product teams to embed AI/ML model solutions into physical and digital products.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis and feature engineering to extract valuable insights.
• Partner with our ML engineering team to design, develop, and deploy scalable and robust AI/ML solutions.
• Continuously monitor and optimize AI/ML models to ensure their accuracy and performance.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies.
• Proactively identify and communicate the challenges, opportunities, risks.

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in developing and deploying AI/ML models in a production environment.
• Experience operating as a technical lead.
• Strong expertise in machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks and statistical modeling techniques.
• Experienced in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience with end-to-end feature development.
• Experience distilling informal customer requirements into problem definitions.
• Experience with big data technologies and cloud computing platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proven track record of delivering high-impact AI/ML projects.
• Hands-on experience in building solutions leveraging the latest AI capabilities and advancements.
