Position SummaryWe are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to increase the efficiency of our Consumer Solutions business unit.
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop recommendations and lead scoring models to increase conversion rate of sales calls.
- Work with stakeholders to scope and prioritize data modeling projects.
- Establish best practices for measuring data model performance.
- Mentor team members on ML projects.
- Provide guidance on data modeling needs.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
- MS in DS, Statistics, MIS, or related technical degree.
- 5+ years' experience as a Data Scientist.
- 5+ years' hands-on experience using SQL.
- 5+ years’ hands-on experience using Python.
- Experience with ML models in MLFlow and/or AWS Sagemaker.
- Experience evaluating ML models and communicating results.
- Ability to work cross-functionally.
- Ability to translate business needs into ML modeling projects.
