Full-Time Senior Data Scientist

We seek a highly skilled Statistician with expertise in statistics, mathematics, econometrics, and consumer panel data experience to revolutionize consumer behavior measurement (online and in-store).

Role Responsibilities:

• Work with an international team in a flexible and supportive setting.
• Evaluate and improve current methodologies within the POD platform.
• Present and communicate findings and recommendations based on rigorous research and analysis.
• Develop prototypes of new solutions and methodologies to address market challenges.
• Assist in the technical deployment of proposed enhancements and new solutions.
• Document findings, methodologies, and best practices comprehensively.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Strong understanding of consumer behavior, panel-based projections, and consumer metrics & analytics.
• Proven application of statistical and data analytical skills to real-world scenarios (handling complex datasets and generating actionable insights).

Educational & Skill Requirements:

• Master's Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Socio-economics, Data Science, or related field with 3+ years relevant experience.
• Strong statistical and logical skills, data cleaning, statistical modeling, sampling, and data aggregation.
• Knowledge of consumer behavior and consumer panels.
• Proficiency in manipulating, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets.
• Experience with Python (or other high-level programming language). Willingness to learn Python.
• SQL skills for queries and large-scale databases.
• Eagerness to adopt and develop evolving technologies and tools.
• Strong communication, writing, and collaboration skills.
