Full-Time Senior Data Scientist

The Role We seek a Senior Data Scientist – Causal Inference. You'll lead high-impact data science initiatives to uncover cause-and-effect relationships, driving strategic decision-making and optimizing credit products. You'll manage the full modeling process: problem definition, causal model development, deployment, evaluation, and continuous monitoring.

What You'll Do

• Embed with stakeholders to implement data science solutions focused on econometric models and experiments to assess challenging causal problems (e.g., lifetime value, retention).
• Develop roadmaps to prioritize initiatives.
• Own the full machine learning product lifecycle, from ideation to production deployment, including real-time inference and after-sale service.
• Propose, design, and analyze large-scale online experiments, supporting stakeholders with best practices.
• Mentor junior team members, providing technical feedback and developing shared tooling.
• Be a thought partner for the business, influencing strategy with strong communication skills.

What You'll Need

• 4+ years of data science experience or equivalent.
• 2+ years in a senior/lead role executing end-to-end machine learning solutions for stakeholders.
• Fluency in Python and relevant machine learning packages.
• Comfort with SQL.
• Experience with the full modeling cycle, from scoping to deployment and monitoring.
• Demonstrated business value delivery.
• Competency in statistics, experimental design, and causal modeling.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills; ability to tell stories with data.
• Ability to thrive in complex environments and champion simple, robust systems.
