Full-Time Senior Data Scientist, Remote

Job OverviewExperian Innovation Lab researches and develops analytical solutions, prototypes new products, and evaluates data assets. We collaborate with Experian departments to enhance client relationships and acquire strategic datasets. Experian helps organizations manage risk and reward in commercial and financial decisions, using insights into individuals, markets, and economies to improve customer relationships and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Create advanced machine learning solutions from diverse structured and unstructured data.
• Select and apply machine learning, deep learning, and processing techniques.
• Design efficient data structures and storage solutions.
• Innovate with data processing and information retrieval tools.
• Analyze vast datasets to highlight patterns and insights.
• Develop impactful algorithms for complex challenges.
• Validate model performance and analyze ROI/benefits.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Machine Learning, Data Science, AI, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2+ years experience in AI, data science, or predictive modeling.
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages, including Python.
• Experience with deep learning (CNN, RNN, LSTM, attention models), machine learning methodologies (SVM, GLM, boosting, random forest, etc.), graph models, or reinforcement learning.
• Experience with open-source tools (PyTorch, Keras, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, Pandas).
• Experience with large data analysis using Spark (PySpark preferred).
• Experience with LLMs, generative AI tools, Hadoop, NoSQL technologies (MapReduce, Hive, HBase, MongoDB, Cassandra), and GPU programming.
• Experience with online, mobile marketing analytics.
• Experience modifying and applying advanced algorithms.
