Join our Data Analytics Team as a Senior Decision Scientist and play a key role in shaping the future of healthcare analytics.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Develop & Implement Advanced Analytics
- Build and deploy data products and applications using SQL and Python to enhance decision-making, automation, and optimization.
- Apply advanced statistical methods to solve complex business problems.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover opportunities for business process automation and optimization.
- End-to-End Solution Development
- Design and implement scalable analytic solutions while adhering to team standards and frameworks.
- Work closely with Data Platform Engineers & Machine Learning Developers to productionise models and build user-friendly applications.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to drive innovation in our analytics capabilities.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Business Impact
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions that enhance business performance.
- Translate complex insights into clear, actionable recommendations for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Play a key role in delivering against business OKRs and KPIs.
Skills and Experience:
- Extensive experience in a data science, analytics, or decision science role.
- Advanced SQL & Python skills for data analysis.
- Strong grasp of statistical methods and their business applications.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Looker).
- Hands-on experience with data apps & automation tools (Streamlit, Google App Script, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solver with a strategic mindset.
- Strong communicator who can bridge the gap between technical and business teams.
