What You’ll Be Doing:

• Develop & Implement Advanced Analytics: Build and deploy data products and applications using SQL and Python to enhance decision-making, automation, and optimization.
• Apply advanced statistical methods to solve complex business problems.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover opportunities for business process automation and optimization.

• End-to-End Solution Development: Design and implement scalable analytic solutions while adhering to team standards and frameworks.Work closely with Data Platform Engineers & Machine Learning Developers to productionise models and build user-friendly applications.Stay ahead of industry trends to drive innovation in our analytics capabilities.

• Stakeholder Engagement & Business Impact: Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions that enhance business performance.Translate complex insights into clear, actionable recommendations for technical and non-technical stakeholders.Play a key role in delivering against business OKRs and KPIs.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in a data science, analytics, or decision science role.
• Advanced SQL & Python skills for data analysis.
• Strong grasp of statistical methods and their business applications.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Looker).
• Hands-on experience with data apps & automation tools (Streamlit, Google App Script, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solver with a strategic mindset.
• Strong communicator who can bridge the gap between technical and business teams.
