The Role: The Senior Delivery Manager drives customer implementation success within the Professional Services team. This involves effective project coordination, team management, and strategic oversight.
Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Oversees team development, performance, and recruitment of Consultants.
- Project Management: Leads full project lifecycle, ensuring scope, budget, time, and quality objectives are met.
- Inter-Team Coordination: Facilitates effective collaboration between internal and customer teams.
- Partner Delivery Management: Oversees partner delivery, ensuring alignment with goals, quality, and timelines.
- Strategic Planning: Develops and implements strategic plans for team, capacity, and resource allocation.
- Leadership Engagement: Builds relationships with leaders within the organization and customers.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintains effective communication and status reporting.
- Risk Management: Identifies and mitigates project and team risks.
- Resource/Financial Management: Oversees resource allocation and budgeting.
- Quality Assurance/Process Improvement: Upholds high standards in project delivery.
- Coaching/Mentoring: Provides mentorship and guidance to team members.
Requirements: 15+ years of Project/Program management experience with team management and development, preferably in a technical or database environment. Strong experience in leading a Professional Services team. Expertise in managing diverse customer requirements and collaboration with internal sales. Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Skills: MS Project, MS Office, Google Suite, Postgres database technology (preferred)
