Full-Time Senior Delivery Manager

This position is key to growing deeper and broader client relationships and providing a great environment for employee growth. You will help shape team focus on investing in and learning technologies for client futures.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead multifaceted teams to meet financial, growth, and delivery goals.
• Coach team leaders on activities and responsibilities.
• Provide performance feedback to improve team member performance and productivity.
• Support and guide projects, integrating them within account goals.
• Plan, monitor, and control delivery activities based on account needs and team capacity.
• Create account status reports for clients and company.
• Ensure consistent project organization and execution to company standards.
• Consolidate top account financial information.
• Manage project financials to maximize revenue and gross margin.
• Interact with stakeholders, providing visibility to CSDO and accurate client business impact information.
• Develop yearly business plans with customers and CSDO.
• Identify opportunities to improve project/account performance, escalating risks/opportunities to CSDO.
• Support internal programs, including certifications, soft skill improvement, and training in key technologies.
• Manage internal projects with other departments and communicate with C-suite leaders.
• Anticipate new technologies used by clients and disrupt markets.
• Understand client technical challenges to develop marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.
• Profile team member technical skills and build proficiency action plans.
• Execute team-building activities.
• Record and monitor work hours using Harvest (or equivalent).
• Collaborate with marketing on impactful content.
• Represent company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in relevant field.
• 10+ years experience in software and systems delivery.
• 4+ years experience in team and project management.
• 3+ years managing staff augmentation projects.
• 5+ years as software and systems team lead or developer.
• Proficiency with modern frameworks (.NET, React, Oracle, C++, Go, Rust, Node, Kubernetes).
• 3+ years .NET and Microsoft technologies, containers, orchestration, release management processes, CI/CD.
• Proficiency in Jira, Aha!, SharePoint, Git, GitHub, GitLab.
• Willingness to travel.
• Strong English and Spanish skills.
• Certifications in Program/Product/Project Management (e.g., PMP, ScrumPro).
