Title: Deployment Engineer
Location: Remote CAD. Must be on the EST timezone.

The Role: As a Deployment Engineer, you’ll serve as a key link between our engineering and client success teams.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead client specific deployments and onboarding of Atolio’s platform.
- Design and implement deployment processes focused on scalability, security, and reliability.
- Integrate Atolio with a range of enterprise systems.
- Collaborate with backend engineers to optimize deployment pipelines and system performance.
- Build automation scripts and tooling to streamline operations and minimize manual tasks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve deployment issues in collaboration with customers.
- Maintain accurate deployment documentation and promote best practices.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years in a deployment, DevOps, site reliability, or infrastructure engineering role.
- Deep experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong background in containerization, especially with Kubernetes.
- Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform and Helm.
- Knowledge of secure networking, identity management (e.g., SAML, OIDC), and API integrations.
- Familiarity with enterprise tools such as Okta, ServiceNow, SharePoint, or Salesforce.
- Experience with observability platforms such as Grafana, Splunk, or Datadog.
- Programming experience in at least one language (Go, Python, or similar); familiarity with Golang is a plus.
- Excellent troubleshooting abilities and clear, empathetic communication with external stakeholders.
- A mindset focused on automation, repeatability, and scalable solutions.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience deploying on-premises enterprise solutions.
- Background in search, data pipelines, or large-scale distributed systems.
