We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior DevOps Engineer at BreederDAO to drive our infrastructure initiatives and support our growth objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in setting up and maintaining critical infrastructure, driving automation, and ensuring scalability and reliability across the software development lifecycle. As the Senior DevOps Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our systems, collaborating with development teams, and ensuring the seamless operation of our technical environment.
Required skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a DevOps role.
- Strong proficiency with infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Expertise in managing and deploying applications on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong scripting skills (e.g., Bash, Python).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD).
- Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred skills and qualifications:
- Experience with blockchain technologies and decentralized systems.
- Security certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Security - Specialty, Certified Kubernetes Security Specialist).
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, ELK stack).
- Knowledge of database administration (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
