Full-Time Senior DevOps Consultant

We are seeking a Senior Cloud Consultant to lead DevOps initiatives for clients.

Translate client problems into optimal solutions using a diverse range of tools and technologies.

Understand client requirements and constraints, adapting solutions accordingly.

Stay current with industry trends and evaluate new technologies.

Work closely with clients, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Be technically versatile, intellectually curious, humble, excel in strategic planning and hands-on execution in a client-focused environment.

1. Architect, develop, and deploy scalable, reliable, and secure infrastructure platforms and solutions using tools like Kubernetes, Terraform, Crossplane, Ansible, and Packer.
2. Participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), ensuring DevOps practices integration.
3. Manage cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) adhering to best practices and frameworks like Well-Architected and CIS.
4. Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like ArgoCD, GitHub Actions, and GitLab CI/CD for rapid, reliable software delivery.
5. Leverage automation and integration for optimizing orchestration, deployment, and management.
6. Architect, develop, and manage Red Hat OpenShift environments, applying in-depth knowledge of OpenShift features and best practices.
7. Implement observability solutions using tools like OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, and ElasticStack to monitor system performance.
8. Apply SRE principles to improve system reliability, performance, and capacity via automation and infrastructure as code.
9. Write code to address client challenges using Python, Go, Bash, and JavaScript.
10. Build and present technical prototypes and proofs of concept to stakeholders.
11. Work directly with clients for technical solutions and satisfaction.
12. Mentor junior engineers on DevOps and cloud operations best practices.
13. Implement and maintain security best practices.
14. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation.
15. Share knowledge with the team and contribute to knowledge bases.
16. Advocate DevOps principles and practices.
