Full-Time Senior DevOps Engineer

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you’ll lead in integrating, automating, and scaling global IT platforms. You’ll be hands-on with Kubernetes, Terraform, and GitLab CI, building highly reliable, secure, and observable systems.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the integration and deployment of global DevOps solutions across private and multi-cloud environments.
• Design, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI.
• Manage Kubernetes-based platforms, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and Ansible to automate deployments.
• Build and maintain observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/Loki, OpenTelemetry).
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across application, infrastructure, and network layers.
• Drive GitOps automation with ArgoCD / Flux and promote best practices across teams.
• Enforce security, compliance, and access controls (Vault, RBAC, network policies).
• Support hybrid and API-driven infrastructure across multiple cloud environments.

Who You Are:

• A DevOps professional with 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure and automation.
• Proficient with AWS and Azure (compute, networking, security, monitoring).
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Ansible, and Helm.
• Skilled in CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions) and GitOps (ArgoCD, FluxCD).
• Strong grasp of networking, security, DNS, and reverse proxies.
• Experienced in scripting (Python, Bash, Go, or Ruby).
• Familiar with observability, SLOs, SLIs, SLAs, and on-call rotations.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, DynamoDB, Cassandra, Redshift).
• Knowledge of Service Mesh / API Security (Istio, Kong, mTLS).
• Exposure to Serverless architectures (AWS Lambda, Azure Functions).
• Certifications: AWS DevOps Engineer, CKA, Terraform Associate
• Experience with Identity & Access Management (Keycloak, OpenBao, Vault)
