CareMessage is seeking a talented and experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team.
As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will create and maintain a highly scalable and reliable Google Cloud Platform (GCP) infrastructure utilizing industry best practices.
Responsibilities Include:
- Lead engineering projects.
- Design, implement, and continuously improve cloud infrastructure.
- Develop and maintain backup mechanisms.
- Participate in on-call rotation.
- Assist engineering team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Mentor and provide feedback to team members.
- Stay up-to-date on best practices.
- Build and secure multi-tenant environments.
- Automate and deploy a self-scaling infrastructure.
Requirements:
- Multiple years of experience in DevOps, Infrastructure, or similar roles.
- Strong Linux system administration skills.
- Proficiency in development languages (Ruby or Python preferred).
- Extensive experience with GCP (strongly preferred).
- Experience with configuration management tools (Terraform, Ansible).
- Experience with software containers (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL).
- Knowledge of HIPAA security and compliance.
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, CircleCI).
Compensation: $165,000 (L3 DevOps Engineer level)
