Your Role and Tasks:

As our Senior DevOps Engineer, you will play a key role in maintaining and optimizing our existing infrastructure and processes.

• Infrastructure Improvement: Review, maintain, and enhance infrastructure for reliability, scalability, and efficiency.
• Automation & IaC: Manage and optimize existing IaC configurations (e.g., AWS CDK). Automate and simplify manual processes, workflows, and deployments.
• CI/CD Pipeline Optimization: Optimize and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines across projects, improving build, testing, and deployment for faster, reliable delivery.
• Configuration Management: Manage infrastructure using configuration management tools like Ansible.
• Security & Compliance: Enhance security practices in development and deployment, addressing performance issues and security vulnerabilities.
• Monitoring & Performance: Maintain and optimize monitoring and alerting solutions for optimal application and infrastructure performance, availability, and security.
• Tool Optimization: Evaluate existing DevOps tools and suggest improvements aligned with company goals.
• Documentation: Document standards, guidelines, and best practices.

Requirements:

• 5+ years DevOps experience with Linux System Engineering & Hosting.
• Good experience with AWS and on-premise infrastructure.
• Proficient in containerization (Docker/Podman) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Proficient in managing and deploying applications using Helm.
• Good knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Bash).
• Solid understanding of configuration management tools, version control (Git), and CI tools (Bitbucket).
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Uptrends). Experience with DataDog is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
