Full-Time Senior DevOps Engineer

In this role, you'll take the lead in shaping robust, scalable, and secure cloud infrastructure while collaborating closely with talented professionals across engineering, QA, and product. What You'll Do

• Design and implement scalable and secure cloud infrastructure components for containerized, microservices-based applications.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, following best practices for security and modularity.
• Build robust CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab for efficient and reliable deployments.
• Collaborate with engineering and QA teams to streamline integration and deployment workflows.
• Optimize container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes, EKS, and Docker.
• Implement observability and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, CloudWatch) to ensure infrastructure health and performance.
• Investigate and resolve complex production incidents through root cause analysis and preventative improvements.
• Enforce DevOps best practices including version control, automated testing, configuration management, and immutable infrastructure.
• Apply security best practices for access control, encryption, and network segmentation.
• Mentor junior DevOps engineers and elevate engineering excellence within the team.

What You'll Bring

Must-Haves

• 6+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or platform engineering roles.
• Hands-on expertise with AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch, EKS, Lambda, SQS).
• Advanced proficiency with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code methodologies.
• Solid background in Linux systems and administration.
• Deep experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools, Git version control, and scripting languages like Shell or Python.
• Familiarity with microservices, blue/green and canary deployments, and distributed systems.
• Strong understanding of networking, infrastructure security, and performance optimization.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently in dynamic environments.

Nice-to-Haves

• Certifications in AWS (Professional), Terraform, Kubernetes, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Knowledge of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices.
• Experience with service mesh tools like Istio or API gateways.
• Exposure to Agile methodologies.
