About the project As Senior DevOps Engineer, you will be a key technical leader within our team, driving the design, implementation, and optimization of scalable cloud infrastructure. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team of engineers and product managers to architect and support high-scale data ingestion, empowering customers to extract valuable insights and accelerating interconnection and power grid development.
How your day-to-day work will look like
- Design, develop, and optimize cloud-based infrastructure with a focus on scalability, reliability, and security.
- Implement and manage cloud solutions using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, ensuring seamless integration with our data platforms.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and deployment using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Develop backend services using Node.js/TypeScript, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Lead architectural discussions and decision-making for cloud-native applications, data pipelines, and microservices.
- Enhance system observability, monitoring, and alerting to proactively identify and resolve performance and reliability issues.
Ideal Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ Years of experience working in cloud engineering, software development, or DevOps.
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with Okta.
- Strong experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi).
- Solid programming experience with Node.js/TypeScript, Python, or Golang.
- Advanced English Level required.
