In this fully remote position, you'll develop complex products and work with infrastructure processing petabytes of data. Expect challenges, ownership, the latest tech stack, and collaboration with a large engineering team.
A word from the team: We’re looking for a strong colleague to help build the DevOps and Operations future of Oxylabs. We are growing quickly, and some approaches need defining or redefining. Examples include people structures, ways of working, building great public and private cloud experiences, and technology choices.
Your day-to-day:
- Maintain current product infrastructure
- Participate in building Private/Public Cloud platforms
- Collaborate with developers to support their needs
- Proactively analyze systems, champion improvements
- Support development teams, address their needs while promoting DevOps self-service
- Mentor and coach peers technically and in engineering topics
- New ideas and projects are welcome!

Skills & Experience:
- Strong IT fundamentals (networking, OS, virtualization, security, data management, programming, scripting, cloud computing)
- Experience in designing, planning, delegating work, and maintaining projects
- Experience creating and maintaining Kubernetes clusters in large-scale environments
- Advanced CI/CD automation using GitLab CI or similar
- Expertise with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
- Experience in design and implementation of successful automations (IaC, Helm, self-developed)
Nice to have:
- Public or private cloud experience (GCP, AWS, Azure, OpenStack)
- Leadership in DevOps projects
- Mentorship/coaching experience
- Project development experience with Go, Python, or other languages
