Full-Time Senior DevOps Engineer

Trase Systems is an end-to-end solution for deploying, managing, and optimizing AI in the enterprise. We are at the forefront of AI Agent innovation, topping the Hugging Face GAIA Leaderboard for Generalized AI Assistants.

We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to own the critical infrastructure that enables our engineering and research teams to iterate efficiently. You will be responsible for designing, managing, and scaling our CI/CD pipelines and our Bazel build system. Your work will directly impact developer velocity and the quality of our AI platform.

• Design, implement, and manage scalable and efficient CI/CD pipelines.
• Own and optimize the Bazel build system.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve the developer experience.
• Manage infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Implement and enforce security best practices within the CI/CD process.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in the build and deployment pipeline.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in CI/CD and cloud technologies.

• Proven experience in a DevOps role focused on build and release engineering.
• Deep, hands-on experience with the Bazel build system.
• Extensive experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitLab CI, Jenkins, or CircleCI.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python.
• Strong experience with containerization technologies like Docker.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
