Full-Time Senior DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned Senior DevOps Engineer to elevate our cutting-edge mobile advertising platform. Join our supportive and innovative DevOps team to deliver next-generation solutions!

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain a hybrid infrastructure (AWS and on-premises). Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Manage and optimize bare-metal servers and network security appliances for maximum efficiency and security.
• Develop automated workflows using Ansible and Terraform, and robust CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions.
• Deploy, manage, and optimize Kubernetes clusters (EKS, Kubespray, Rancher) to support containerized applications.
• Manage databases and configure load balancers for high performance.
• Implement monitoring solutions with Prometheus and Grafana, and manage logging systems.
• Collaborate with international teams on system architecture, technical alignment, and industry trends (openRTB, AdTech).

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of DevOps experience in managing high-performance systems.
• Strong datacenter experience with bare-metal servers (e.g., Dell R series) and network security systems (e.g., Fortinet).
• Extensive Linux, Ubuntu, and CentOS experience.
• Advanced Ansible and AWS experience, including Terraform.
• Kubernetes, EKS/K8s (Kubespray/Rancher) expertise.
• Nginx and HAProxy proficiency.
• Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
• SQL and NoSQL database knowledge (MySQL, Aerospike, Memcache, Redis).
• Familiarity with Hadoop, Spark, Databricks, Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, and Longhorn.
• Upper-Intermediate English level.
• (Plus): openRTB, DSP/SSP/Ad exchange experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaborative international team work.
