Full-Time Senior DevOps Engineer

Senior DevOps Engineer (Remote - LATAM)We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team. You will design, implement, and maintain scalable, reliable infrastructure solutions. You will optimize CI/CD pipelines, enhance system performance, and drive initiatives to improve development and operations practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage scalable, reliable, and secure cloud infrastructure using tools like Terraform and Ansible.
• Develop, optimize, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient application deployments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design systems architecture and implement new technologies.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve infrastructure and application performance issues.
• Implement infrastructure automation, configuration management, and efficient monitoring solutions.
• Ensure best practices and security standards are followed across infrastructure and deployments.

Requirements/Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Extensive experience in DevOps practices and tools (Docker, Git, Ansible, Terraform), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Proficient in infrastructure-as-code and configuration management.
• Experience with container orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes, Nomad).
• Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
