About the Engineering Team: Our Engineering team designs, develops, and maintains systems that drive Unifonic's solutions. We work closely with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
Senior DevOps Engineer Role: As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you'll collaborate with developers, system operators, and other engineers to manage code releases. You'll bridge the gap between software development, testing, and operations, considering existing networks in your designs and plans.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and enhance CI/CD pipelines.
- Configure products to meet functional requirements (integration interfaces, maps, web services, protocols, etc.).
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration and operations issues.
- Ensure high availability (24x7x365) of products and platforms (messaging, voice, email gateways).
- Write and deploy scripts to automate daily operations.
- Participate in on-call rotation.
- Maintain server configurations, monitor jobs, and document infrastructure (AWS, Azure, etc.).
- Collaborate extensively with offshore teams and partners.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of professional experience in a DevOps role.
- Strong skills in multiple functional areas (IaC, container orchestration, configuration management, programming languages, logging systems, CI/CD, networking).
- Ability to work effectively with offshore teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Fluent English, strong communication and writing skills.
- Strong sense of ownership, critical thinking, and ability to drive DevOps initiatives.
- Analytical thinking and accountability for decisions.
