Full-Time Senior DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned DevOps Engineer to build and lead our infrastructure platform serving our LLM-powered coaching product for Fortune 500 enterprises. You will own our infrastructure landscape, supporting three distinct teams: two application teams and our AI team.

What you'll do:

• Own and architect our entire AWS infrastructure, identifying improvement areas and implementing solutions.
• Design and implement scalable infrastructure platforms for seamless deployments across multiple teams.
• Lead security infrastructure initiatives, implementing SIEM, EDR, automated scanning tools, and backup systems.
• Manage and optimize infrastructure costs while ensuring high availability and performance.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Ansible.
• Create and optimize autoscaling solutions for various workloads.
• Establish network architecture and security protocols (firewall configurations, routing).
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for multiple application teams.
• Collaborate with the AI team to design and implement infrastructure for data processing and ML pipelines.
• Proactively identify and implement infrastructure improvements.
