About this Role:

As a Senior DevOps Lead, you will architect and manage infrastructure across cloud and autonomous vehicle systems, combining traditional cloud DevOps leadership with robotics and autonomous systems expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead and architect cloud and vehicle infrastructure initiatives (AWS, ROS/Linux)
• Design and implement scalable solutions for cloud and vehicle systems
• Establish and maintain DevOps best practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code
• Drive observability, monitoring, and incident response
• Optimize cloud and edge computing resources
• Mentor DevOps engineers
• Manage on-call rotations and incident response
• Architect solutions for vehicle telemetry data
• Lead security initiatives and compliance efforts
• Optimize system performance for real-time sensor data
• Develop and maintain system documentation

Skills Required

• 10+ years of DevOps/Infrastructure experience
• Proven technical leadership
• Advanced AWS expertise, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), Kubernetes
• Experience with service mesh (Istio) and Helm/Kustomize
• Deep understanding of ROS/ROS2 and Linux
• Experience with GPU configurations and ML infrastructure
• ARM and NVIDIA CUDA platform configurations
• Strong programming skills (Python, shell scripting)
• Infrastructure automation (Ansible)
• CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
• Strong system architecture and design skills
• Excellent documentation and problem-solving abilities
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
