Senior DevSecOps Engineer Role: You will contribute to the design and direction of eCommerce Security Engineering across all applications.
Responsibilities:
- Guide a team of DevOps Engineers in process design and automation for CI/CD of digital technology, enterprise systems, microservices, and databases.
- Provide security guidance to address abuse patterns using modern tools.
- Collaborate with developers and performance engineers to secure solutions.
- Implement and maintain security principles and best practices for digital commerce applications.
- Identify and implement vulnerability scanning, abuse pattern analysis, and remediation for non-human traffic.
Key Skills/Experience:
- 4+ years relevant experience in designing and building frameworks/tools.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes for Agile projects.
- Knowledge of IP networking, VPNs, DNS, load balancing, and firewalls.
- Experience with monitoring & log aggregating frameworks (e.g., Kafka, Logstash, Splunk).
- Cloud-native security concepts, DevSecOps, or MLOps experience.
- AWS/Azure certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect).
- Experience with systems automation and scaling distributed data systems.
- Microservices and distributed application architecture (e.g., containers, Kubernetes).
