About the role: As a Senior DevSecOps Engineer, you'll architect, develop, and manage end-to-end cluster and application lifecycles, ensuring secure and efficient operations. You'll collaborate with clients to design and implement customized Kubernetes or Docker solutions, whether in the cloud or on-premises. A key part is leading the design and optimization of CI/CD pipelines for rapid and reliable software updates. You will oversee the implementation of GitOps principles.
What we are looking for:
- 5+ years' experience with Kubernetes or Docker
- Experience with AWS and cloud technologies
- Knowledge of Agile, DevOps, and DevSecOps methodologies
- Strong networking experience at all OSI model levels
- Experience with managing and integrating Service-Mesh (e.g., Istio)
- Strong knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Gitlab)
- Proven experience in software systems development via CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with designing and implementing enterprise-grade, scalable cloud-based services
- Experience with implementing GitOps (e.g., FluxCD, ArgoCD)
- Experience with Log Management and Analytics tools (e.g., Splunk/ELK)
- Experience with building, deployment, release automation, or orchestration
- Experience setting up tools (e.g., AWS Cloud Services, Gitlab, Ansible, Maven, Gradle, Single-Sign-On)
- Experience with Unit/Integration Testing (e.g., Junit, SonarQube)
- Experience with securing and hardening Linux virtual machines and containers
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, AWS CloudFormation)
- Experience building and consuming microservices (RESTful APIs, SOAP APIs, Web Services)
- Experience with obtaining a Secret security clearance
Certifications: CISSP, CISM, CASP+ or equivalent within 90 days; CKA, AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate or Professional, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional are highly preferred.
Compensation: $110,000 - $180,000
