Full-Time Senior Digital Project Manager

The Senior Digital Project Manager, part of the Client Services team, oversees small to medium accounts, from project inception to completion.

Responsibilities Include:

1. Serving as primary point of contact for small to medium accounts
2. Leading planning, design, and execution of complex projects
3. Developing detailed project plans (scope, goals, deliverables, resources, timelines)
4. Managing project scope, schedule, and cost, mitigating risks
5. Establishing project objectives aligned with organizational goals
6. Identifying and mitigating project risks
7. Supporting project teams to ensure high performance and collaboration
8. Managing project budgets, ensuring efficient resource use
9. Collaborating with internal teams to align with client expectations
10. Ensuring projects meet quality standards and client specifications
11. Building and maintaining client relationships
12. Supporting growth-related projects
13. Managing multiple priorities while focusing on growth objectives
14. Handling supplementary duties as needed

Skills & Qualifications:

• 5-8 years experience in digital agencies, developing interactive projects, and managing client work
• Understanding of strategy, design, data, and web development
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship building skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
• Experience managing digital projects (web development, data, UX/UI design)
• Developing financial acumen and insight into business processes
• High attention to detail and accuracy under pressure

Compensation: $100,000-$110,000 annually.

Note: Final compensation based on interview and competency.
