Drive critical initiatives with cutting-edge technologies in a fast-paced environment.
Design, develop, and deploy deliverables while managing workflows and structuring solutions based on client needs and feedback. Craft communications with stakeholders.
Support clients and fellow consultants to ensure quality delivery and professional growth.
Work with architects, managers, and engineers to gain a 360-degree perspective of challenges and develop innovative solutions.
Evaluate business systems, processes, project execution, and technology to empower businesses through robust technology improvements.
Broad delivery capability spanning strategy, technology, and/or business.
Be flexible and juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Manage client expectations regarding scope, schedule, budget, and satisfaction. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of consulting experience (preferably at a large enterprise firm)
- Proficient in Power Platform, PowerApps configuration
- Experience in supporting and/or establishing a Center of Excellence (CoE)
- Experience establishing intake forms, scoring frameworks, and documentation.
- Proven ability to gather requirements, facilitate workshops, and support solution definition projects.
- Strong analytical skills (process improvement, value stream mapping, business metric management)
- Undergraduate degree in business or technology
- Ability to work in CST or EST time zones
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in the utilities industry
- Familiarity with Copilot Studio
