Full-Time Senior Director- Construction

• Leadership & Strategic Oversight: Provide overall leadership to the construction department.
• Integrated Project Management: Oversee all phases of construction from pre-construction through final delivery.
• Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, lead, and mentor a high-performing team.
• Stakeholder & Vendor Engagement: Collaborate with architects, engineers, designers, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Quality Assurance & Safety Compliance: Establish and enforce strict quality control standards and procedures.
• Financial & Resource Management: Create and manage comprehensive construction budgets for each project.
• Risk Management & Contingency Planning: Anticipate potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field Required.
• Master's Degree Preferred.
• 10+ years in construction management required.
• 5+ years as a senior leader required.
• Demonstrated success leading large-scale, complex projects from concept through completion required.
• Proven experience managing teams, budgets, schedules, and stakeholder communications required.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and industry regulations.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Proficiency in construction management tools and software such as Procore, Buildertrend, and MS Project.
